Vasilis Pelandakis was born in 1973. He received his degree in Harmony at the Conservatory of Zografou, Athens and his Monody Diploma at the Conservatory “Athena”. He simultaneously studied law at the Law School and music at the Music Department of Athens University and received his post graduate diploma on “Music Culture and Communication, Anthropological and Communicational Approaches of Music”. He has also attended acting lessons next to actress and directress Roula Pateraki from 2005 to 2009.
Since 1993 he performs very often as member of the Athens University Choir, as member of the music theater group “Afros”, as member of the Intercultural Choir of the National Opera, as member of the “Fones tou Notou” (Voices of the South) music ensemble, as assistant director, actor and choir member in various music performances in Rethymnon, Crete and Athens.
